Experiencing Chiropractic for the First Time
My first experience with chiropractic started through a summer job as a Chiropractic Assistant while I was studying at the University of Alberta. I’ve always wanted to work in healthcare and instantly fell in love with the principles, healing potential, and philosophy of chiropractic. Within only a couple months of witnessing countless lives changed, I shifted my path of study towards Kinesiology to allow for a smooth to transition into Chiropractic.
Chiropractic Education
With that, I decided to move to Dallas Texas to attend Parker University and graduated in September 2011. While in school I developed a passion for Pediatric and Family Care which led me to obtain further education in Pediatrics and Pregnancy through the ICPA. My mission is to help shift the health paradigm of the next generation by inspiring families to raise their children in a more holistic way.
Outside of the Practice…
My desire to travel initially led me to practice for four years in Edinburgh, Scotland which proved to be a great opportunity to experience Europe (and satisfy my inner “foodie”). In addition to exploring new cultures and cuisines, I enjoy snowboarding, going to the gym, painting and other crafts, coffee, and spending time with my friends and family. I have loved being back in Edmonton and I look forward to continuing to make an impact in the lives of families in our community!
